Groundfloor Finance Inc., a Georgia Corporation ("the Company," "we," or "us") is making a promotional offer ("Invests $25,000.00" or "Invests $50,000.00") in accordance with the following terms: A new customer that Transfers and Invests $25,000.00 or more within 45 days of your first transfer/deposit, and between 12am EST, Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 and 5pm EDT, Friday, December 1, 2017, will have a $500.00 bonus added automatically to your Groundfloor Investor account. To be eligible for the $500.00 bonus, you must transfer $25,000.00 or more into your Groundfloor Investor account and invest $25,000.00 or more within 45 days of your first transfer/deposit between 12am EST, Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 and 5pm EDT, Friday, December 1, 2017. A new customer that Transfers and Invests $50,000.00 or more within 45 days of your first transfer/deposit ,and between 12am EST, Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 and 5pm EDT, Friday, December 1, 2017, will have a $1,000.00 bonus added automatically to your Groundfloor Investor account. To be eligible for the $1,000.00 bonus, you must transfer $50,000.00 or more in funds into your Groundfloor Investor account and invest $50,000.00 or more within 45 days of your fitrst transfer/deposit and within the promotion duration. These Transfers and Investments must all be within the promotion duration, but they do not need to be done all at once. If done in multiple investments, the bonus amounts will be the maximum amount for each investment tier ($500.00 or $1000.00) and will not be cumulative. The same would apply when stepping up to the $1000.00 bonus level. The loans must fully fund for the credit to be applied to your account. Only investors that have not previously received or participated in a new customer bonus promotion are eligible for this promotion. For both bonuses, you must invest the eligible amount(s) within 45 days of your first deposit. Ex. If you initiate your first funds transfer on Friday and it posts Monday, the 45 days start counting down on Friday, not Monday. If you have taken advantage of a previous new investor promotion, you cannot receive a loan extension promotional promotion, too.

The Bonus(es) will be placed in the customer’s Groundfloor Investment amount within 7 days following the determination of eligibility.

A customer can only receive the new investor promotion once per account. A customer cannot create multiple accounts with similar bank account and/or similar address and receive the bonuses. Promotional offer will not be applied to previously purchased investments. IRA investment accounts are not eligible for the new investor promotion and/or the loan extension promotion. Fees associated with the closure of the Groundfloor IRA account, and fees typically associated with transferring funds out of Groundfloor into a non-Groundfloor account are excluded.

The new investor promotional offer will end Friday, December 1, 2017, but can be extended at the sole discretion of the Company. The Bonus will not be honored in the event that the loan on which the promotion has been applied fails to fully fund, but customer will have an additional 45 days to reinvest in another loan.

Borrower year end promotion:

Eligible for loan applications submitted after November 6th with loans closed by December 31, 2017. You must mention promotion during qualification or processing of the eligible loan, prior to approval. The promotional credit applies to origination fees ("points") only and does not apply to application fees, underwriting fees or pass-through transaction costs. A credit of 0.25% of the loan amount will be applied at closing to qualifying loans. This promotion is non-transferrable. This promotion does not stack or combine with other promotions.

We reserve the right to stop offering promotions at any time. This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offer. This bonus payment may be taxable. Customer is responsible for any taxes related to this offer. Void where otherwise prohibited. These terms are subject to change without notice.
